Are you a vanity publisher?
No. Red Writing Hood Ink is the legal registered name with the TouchPoint Press (and its imprints) as DBAs. Our Small Business Services imprint is separate from our traditional publishing services. We keep all services separate.
What’s your return policy?
Printed Materials: If a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace the defective/damaged copies.
Editing and Writing: Because of the nature of the service, we cannot refund writing and editing services. However, if you see an error or something wrong, let us know. We will make it right!
Designs: We will revise any unintentional error (rare but we're real people not bots). Let us know and we will make it right for you!
What if I have an urgent need?
It really depends on what we have in queue at the time. Contact us with details about your project and your requested deadline. We will try hard to help, if at all possible.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! However, we are a small team dedicated to helping others. We provide individualized attention to every customer. We try hard to respond to all customer needs and requests quickly. If you need us in a rush, please do note that in your contact email (or form).
